Development and Application of Equipment for Anchor Cable with C-Shaped Tube Tension-Shear Test System

چکیده

Based on the phenomenon of serious tensile-shear failure bolts and cables, domestic foreign scholars’ research mechanical properties cables has gradually changed from pure tensile to performance. To reduce long-term bolt cable breakage accidents in deep soft rock tunnels coal mines, we independently developed a new type support material—anchor with C-shaped tube corresponding test system. The system parameters are set through theoretical derivation, three main structures designed ANSYS: shear box, vertical loading reaction frame, horizontal frame. numerical simulation results show that when thickness box steel plate is 20 mm, maximum strain about 2.7‰. When diameters column bar 220 mm 80 respectively, strains 0.17‰ 0.04‰, respectively. strength deformation meet design requirements. was tested on-site. can perform two different modes double test. structure no obvious during test, meeting In addition, rational eliminates error caused by block. resistance anchor better than cables. provide reference for developing other similar systems.
